We appreciate your understanding of our salon policies. We value your time, as well as our own.

Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy

• A 72 hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancelling of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 72 hour or more notice via a phone call, text message, email, or Instagram message the noted fees below apply based upon what you had pre-booked. as well as being required to pay prior to any future appointments being booked with us again.

• 72 hour or more notice: No Fee

• 48 hour notice: Fee equal to 50% of scheduled service cost to the card on file

• 24 hour notice: Fee equal to 100% of scheduled service cost to the card on file


* No-shows will be charged 100% of service total & will be unable to reschedule at our salon.

Late Policy


Arriving late to your appointment could potentially inconvenience our other guests. Please arrive at your appointment time or only 5 minutes early. If you are 10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment with one of our providers, and we cannot fulfill your pre-booked appointment without inconveniencing another guest, we will adjust your services that will fill the time allotted or remove services.

Children

Although we love your little ones, the salon is not the environment for them. If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to our same-day cancelation fee. ***Nursing mothers may bring their infants or pump if needed.

Hair Extensions

We do not allow clients to purchase their own hair outside of the salon. When it comes to hair extensions, we have a standard of quality that we require when pairing with our work. If you need extension maintenance with hand-tied hair purchased from another salon/stylist, we will have you come in for a consultation to examine whether or not we can move forward with the hair you have.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We are constantly working to raise the bar on our services, our space, and overall client experience.
