Salon Policies

We appreciate your understanding of our salon policies. Please note that your independent stylist may have their own booking requirements, policies, etc.

At Mink Touch Salon, we believe respecting your time — and ours — is part of providing the elevated experience you deserve. To help us honor each appointment, we require a card on file when booking.

Your card is securely stored and will only be charged if our cancellation policy isn’t met, including late cancellations, non-emergency last-minute reschedules, or no-call/no-shows.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. This helps us keep the booking process smooth and the salon experience seamless for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
In order to respect the time and operations of our independent stylists, we kindly require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other guests and maintain a smooth scheduling experience.

While we understand that true emergencies can arise — and we will always extend grace when appropriate — we recommend planning your appointments carefully to help avoid any conflicts.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice without an emergency, or appointments missed without notice (no-call/no-shows), may result in a cancellation fee in accordance with our salon policy.

Salon Courtesy Policy
For the safety, comfort, and relaxation of all guests:
• We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service themselves.
• We also ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests, as we have limited seating and space available in our salon lounge.

***Nursing mothers may bring their infants or pump if needed.

Retail

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
